Our Strategy for creating just workplaces includes: Organizing, Educating and Advocating

• Organizing:
• We encourage workers to utilize their right to organize to improve workplace conditions.
• We support community members to take a leadership role in advocating for their own and other workers' rights.
• We work with the faith based groups and the general community to hold employers accountable for basic worker rights.

• Educating:
• We host popular education workshops to inform people of their rights as workers and impart tools to resolve workplace conflicts.
• We raise awareness in our communities about issues affecting low-wage workers and how to become involved in the movement for worker justice.
• Advocating:
• We advocate for workers whose rights have been violated and work with them to respond to injustice.
